‘Space to Breathe’, is a program I designed as many of my clients with pain and inflammation complaints were chest or fast breathers. I decided to explore the connection more fully and spent all of 2020 training and facilitating Breathwork online and with my clients. It has been a game-changer for many of them. So I created a customisable system of Self-regulatory practices to help people to feel their best, to make the most of the pillars of health – good quality sleep, blood circulation and immune function. By connecting Breathwork, Sound Meditation and Self-acupressure the nervous system is calmed, the over-stimulated immune response can be turned down and blood circulation increased.
Space to Breathe is for those who are curious about the breath and know that they are not accessing its full potential. How we consciously breathe can change our way of being in the world, our thoughts and enjoyment of living a conscious and connected life.
