20-MIN BREATHWORK CONSULTATION
Regular breathwork retrains our nervous system to respond appropriately:

The result is often feeling calm, energised and aware of being present within your body without the need to tune into the traffic of thoughts often vying for our attention.
Diane will guide you through a variety of Breathwork techniques and ways to recognise when we are stimulating the Sympathetic (Fight/Flight/Freeze) and Parasympathetic Nervous System (Rest/Digest/Rejuvenate). This will give you an introduction to Diane's teaching style and some tips on how to self-regulate in any moment or circumstance.
How to prepare for your session:
Wear loose, comfortable clothing (something warm in cooler months) Water for hydration, a Journal (if wish to take notes or record experience), Chair/Yoga mat/cushion to lie or sit comfortably
