Diffusing essential oils in your living and working spaces can have so many benefits to your wellbeing. It is however important to follow some basic precautions.

In general, if pregnant or nursing, taking medication or if you have a medical condition, for use with babies and children consult your health practitioner before use.
Each time you fill the diffuser, do not use more than the recommended amount of essential oil.
Diffuse in a well ventilated area.
If diffusing around pets, ensure they can leave the area if they need to.
